Uzair operates at the intersection of cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure, with experience across Web3.

He co-founded [Secure.com](http://secure.com/), an AI-native cybersecurity platform built to close the global cybersecurity talent gap. He also co-founded PureSquare, a privacy and security solutions company serving millions of users across 150+ countries. PureVPN is the flagship product. PureSquare's customer base includes Samsung, TP-Link, Kaspersky, and 40+ other Fortune 500 companies. Both ventures grew to eight-figure ARR. Both operator-led from day one.

As Founding Partner at Disrupt for over 19 years, he sits on the Executive Committee. He sets group vision and strategy across ventures. He co-founded Cloudways, serving as Director until its $350 million acquisition by DigitalOcean in 2022. He also co-founded Kill Ping, a gaming experience enhancement platform spun out of PureVPN.

He serves as a Board Member for Paklaunch, a global community of 500,000+ members including a dozen unicorn founders.

His discipline is cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure. His focus is business models that accelerate growth. He advises the boards of tech companies. Not as a consultant, but as an operator who has built through the same challenges.
